Hot Summer!

May 15, 2008

Feels like summer already- at least where I am right now :) We’re enjoying a great spring here in Innsbruck and the sun is shining everyday. There is still snow on the mountains but I guess it will be gone soon!

I’m working on my “Diplomarbeit” (diploma thesis) right now and hope to finish University in fall! Still a lot of to do but it would be great to finish this “project” before the races start again. I’ll keep on working…
Have a great time!

POC

May 2, 2008

Last weeks I’ve been busy working for POC (helmets and armor) here in Austria. We are right now founding the austrian subsidiary and I’m proud of being part of it!
Hope you’re all enjoying springtime like me :)
Have a good time!!!

Ski Test, Charity & more

April 7, 2008

Last week was busy. Beside working a little bit for POC I was on the World Ski Test for 2 days testing all the consumer skis for next season- it was fun & interesting. After that I spent the week end in Brand (Vorarlberg) for a charity event of the Franz Klammer Foundation. Great event, great party & happy people ;)

More great skiing :)

March 30, 2008

Serfaus 29.March08    I was in Serfaus (Tirol) yesterday, that’s a supernice skiresort just 1hour from Innsbruck. It was snowing a bit during the night and the sun came out when we arrived there in the morning. We were so lucky to catch some more powder at the end of the season. To our surprise there were not so many people up there but it is a great area which offers skiing for every need :)

March 15, 2008

Tomorrow is the last FIS World Cup of this season Italy. The overall Ski Cross World Cup is already decided on the womens as well as on the men’s side. Tomas Kraus and Ophelie David won one more time- congrats to them!!! The Salomon Team rules :)

I’m not able to compete in this last race which is a pitty but I can ski again and I had a great day with a lot of sunshine on the Seegrube here in Innsbruck 2day! Life is good!

First day on skis again!

March 9, 2008

Today was my first day on skis again :) and I was enjoying it a lot! While all the other SkierX athletes had a comp in Meiringen (SUI) I was skiing on Patscherkofel here in Innsbruck. No pain at all and a lot of fun.It feels a little bit sad not being able to race any more this season but I’ll stay smart and patient and be back in full strength for the upcoming season 08/09.   Here are some of the results of the FIS World Cup fromlast week!
